Un webinaire sous forme d’une table ronde où un regard sera posé sur les bienfaits de l’exposition à la nature pour la santé mentale. Les conférencières présenteront les plus récentes données probantes et des exemples d’initiatives qui misent sur l’intervention par la nature et l’aventure (INA) pour promouvoir la santé mentale et réduire les symptômes associés aux troubles mentaux.
